WEEKLY CLASSES
Give your child a love of Art and Craft that will last them a lifetime.
STAGE 1
(Core Age 4-7)
Fridays 4.00 pm - 5.00 pm
Fridays 5.30 pm - 6.30 pm
Saturdays 10.30 - 11.30 am
In these classes we use creativity to develop essential skills such as self confidence, critical thinking and imagination. We encourage self-expression and exploration in a fun and friendly class.
Children in all Stages use a full range of materials including clay, 3D modellng with papier-mache, tonal pencil, watercolours, pastels, acrylic paint, collage and much, much more.
Stage 1 introduces some of the Fundamentals of Art, such as Perspective, Colour and Line. Our projects help us to understand how we can best use them in our work whilst we develop our drawing and observational skills.
£14.00 per session, payable in advance termly (11/12 weeks depending). Maximum 10 students per class. All materials included.

STAGE 2
(Core Age 8-11)
Mondays 4.30 pm - 5.30 pm
& Tuesdays 5.15 pm - 6.15 pm
An encouraging environment where we continue to develop fine motor skills, concentration, problem solving and imagination building.
Children in all Stages use a full range of materials including clay, 3D modellng with papier-mache, tonal pencil, watercolours, pastels, acrylic paint, collage and much, much more.
Stage 2 develops and expands our knowledge of the Fundamentals of Art and we look at specific Art Movements and Artists to understand their place in Art History, why they are important and then create our own works in the style. We also focus on realistic drawing skills and introduce methods which help us to draw even complex subjects.
£14.00 per session, payable in advance termly (11/12 weeks depending). Maximum 10 students per class. All materials included.

STAGE 3
(Core Age 12-14)
Mondays 6.00 pm - 7.00 pm
Stage 3 is a skills-based class planned to help students explore and express themselves in a supportive, encouraging environment outside of the exam system.
Children in all Stages use a full range of materials including clay, 3D modellng with papier-mache, tonal pencil, watercolours, pastels, acrylic paint, collage and much, much more.
This class helps understanding of the Fundamentals and Principles of Art and how artists have used them. We build up to more advanced techniques such as lino printing, stencil making, Still Life and Portraiture and continue to hone the core drawing and painting skills.
£14.00 per session, payable in advance termly (11/12 weeks depending). Maximum 10 students per class. All materials included.
